The following are our policies regarding the sales and use of advance tickets on our website:

1. There will be no refunds except in case of program change.
2. Seating is guaranteed, but seats are still on a first-come, first-served basis: if you want seats together or particular seats, please don't come too late.
3. Advance ticket holders must line up normally and check in at the box office. Members must show cards at door.
4. A $1 service fee is added to each ticket.
